Return Window
Returns or replacements can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Eligible Reasons
- Damaged or broken on arrival (unboxing video required).
- Defective product.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Missing parts.
Not Eligible
- Used or partially used items.
- Products without original packaging.
- Change-of-mind for scented goods.
- Sale/discounted items unless damaged.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded via UPI.
Replacements
If inventory is available, a replacement is shipped. Otherwise, you receive a full refund.
